Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp parsly
- 1/2 tbsp basil
- 4 peices of fresh halibut
- salt and pepper
- In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, melt butter and add lemon juice and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes and add in fresh herbs.
- Put fish in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with butter sauce.
- Broil for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
