Oh I love BBQ!!!

The past week or so has been crazy!! It has been mid 20's....and it is only March!!! I am so glad it is going to cool off tomorrow and for the next week (and hopefully longer). I am not ready for the heat yet!

But...I do love that with the heat, BBQ season comes back in full swing! My husband (with me doing the prep work of course) made a killer dinner Sunday night!

I marinated pork loin chops in balsamic vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Alongside our chops, we had grilled veggies and Roasted cauliflower Au Gratin. It was amazing!!! A great way to end a pretty awesome weekend :)
