Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, cook and stir for 1 min.
- Slowly whisk in milk. Whisk constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat, and stir in cheese, salt and pepper until cheese is melted.
- Serve over veggies.
