amazing meal for my mother in-laws birthday and had leftover bruschetta mix. I didn't want to waste it, so I used it on chicken. It was so good! I served it over rice.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350*
Cover chicken with bruschetta and top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
